      Innova keeps records on correspondence with user, including support tickets along with other communications, for the validity period of agreements between you Innova for use of the website and 1 year after the termination of such agreements, unless there is a legitimate reason for a longer processing.

    3. Device related data:

      We store the following data, if gathered, no more than for 1 year from the moment agreements between user and Innova for use of the website are terminated:

      data on user’s IP address and other online identifiers of his devices and applications;

      browser or device identifiers, browser type;

      operating system, crash data, Internet service provider;

      the date and time of user’s visit, information about user’s activities on 4game services;

      other standard server log information.

    4. Data collected via cookies:
